Lillesand 7 Otra 7

The last game of the spring season proved to be a cracker. Lots of goals and plenty of action. Otra scored early only for Lillesand to come back at us hard and finish the half with a 4 - 2 lead. Regardless of the scoreline we were playing well and creating chances.

After the break we shuffled the team a little and within 5 minutes we had thumped 3 goals past Lillesand and we were ahead. Lillesand came back with two more and regained the lead.

With 5 minutes left Otra laid seige to the Lillesand goal, creating chance after chance. We hit the post twice before some smart play saw an Otra equalizer. Otra continued to press until the end, just failing to sneak the winner.

This was a great game of football which as far as I am concerned went some way to compensating for the lack of effort that has been displayed at training lately. You all deserve a pat on the back for your hard work and team spirit. Congratulations and well done. I do hope that this team can continue together in the autumn season. When you decide to make an effort you play very entertaining football and produce some great results. We will finish in either 2 or 3rd in the table depending upon other results. Thanks for a good spring season boys and girls.

We wont be seeing Åsmund in the autumn so thanks to him and congratulations for being top scorer this spring.
